Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most customers receive their order within 2 business days, or between 5 to 7 business days after the package is picked up by the carrier.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. You can also download the Shop App, which automatically tracks your orders without needing to copy or paste tracking numbers.
Who delivers my order?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide fast and reliable service.
Do I need to be home to sign for my package?
No. If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at your door or with a doorman.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or internationally?
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Which states do you NOT ship to?
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship magic mushroom products to the following states:
Alabama (AL), California (CA), District of Columbia (DC), Minnesota (MN), North Carolina (NC), North Dakota (ND), Vermont (VT).
What if my package is lost or damaged?
All purchases are insured up to $100 by default for shipping loss or damage. If you would like to increase the insurance coverage, please contact us at: alphafungistore@gmail.com.

How do I make a purchase?
Just click the Checkout button in your cart. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you accept returns on clearance items?
All sales are final on clearance or closeout items. No refunds or exchanges.
