Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately at alphafungistore@gmail.com. If your order has already been shipped, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount, subject to the following:

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds may take 5–14 business days to process due to coordination between multiple parties involved in the refund process.

• The item is missing a label or has been defaced.

• No proof of purchase or valid ID is provided.

• The product was purchased on sale or during a promotion.

• The item is wet, dirty, contaminated, or not cleaned properly.

• The item has been lost, stolen, damaged, or misused.

• There is a history of frequent or abusive return behavior.

• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

• The return is requested because the courier changed the delivery date.

• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
