Where do you Ship?
Alpha Fungi currently ships to within the 47 contiguous US states. How much is shipping?
Free Express Shipping over purchase subtotal of $99.- Usually 1 - 2 business day. Orders under $99.- have a flat rate of $14.99.-
Economy Shipping usually 5 - 8 business day. $7.99 flat rate.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders usually arrive within 1 - 3 business days. You´ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: Delivery estimates may be delayed in this cases (Holydays, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc)
How do I track my order?
You´ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. You can download the Shop App. Shop automatically gathers and tracks your orders, so you don’t have to search, copy, or paste.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
No, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All purchases from Alpha Fungi are insured up to $100 for shipping loss or damage by default. If you would like to increase insurance coverage please contact us Timberlineshop@gmail.com

How do I make a purchase?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Returns
What's your Return Policy?
Our policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer will pay the return shipping costs.

Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance/closeout items. No refunds.
